The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, or alternatively, not less than 30% of the Estimated Cost (i.e., Rs. 1.44 Crores). - Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, or alternatively, not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost (i.e., Rs. 1.92 Crores). - One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, or alternatively, not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost (i.e., Rs. 2.40 Crores). Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services, with a minimum average turnover of Rs. 2.40 Cr (or 240 Lakh) in the last three financial years. The bidder should also have experience in providing manpower in similar type of services, including providing a minimum of 50 Nos of Conductors or Drivers to Central/State Govt. Organization/PSU/Public Listed Company in at least one project out of the last financial years.
