This Invitation To Tender (the “itt”) Is An Invitation By the Corporation Of The Town Of The Blue Mountains (the “town”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For A Surface Treatment Program, As Further Described In Section A Of The Itt Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  The Town Looking To Place A Single Surface Treatment (opss.muni 304) On The Roads Shown On Schedule 1 – Surface Treatment Map. The Surface Treatment Works Are To Be Completed In 2024.  The Contract Will Allow For The Placement Of Micro-seal Over The Surface Treatment On The 10th Line (9.5km) In 2025.  The Micro Seal Works Can Be Advanced And Completed In 2024 If The Road Conditions, The Contractor’s Schedule, And The Weather Conditions Will Allow The Town To Receive The Full Anticipated Useful Life From The New Road Surface.  Otherwise, The Micro Seal Works Are Anticipated To Occur In 2025.
