The required prior work experience for the bidder includes more than 10 years of experience as an Architect/Consultant, with an average financial turnover of more than 1.5 Crore for consecutive 3 financial years or more than 33 Lakh in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience of working on similar projects, with a built-up area of more than 10,000 Sq. Meter or a project cost of more than Rs. 50 Crores. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 1 similar project with a built-up area of more than 10,000 Sq. Meter: 5 marks - 1 similar project with a cost of more than Rs. 50.00 Crores: 5 marks - 1 Government project with a total implementation value of not less than 50 Crores: 5 marks - 2 Government projects with a total implementation value of not less than 50 Crores: 10 marks - Average financial turnover of more than 33 Lakh in the last 5 years: 5 marks The bidder should have a minimum of 07 years' experience in similar work, which refers to based tourism projects (preferably having accommodation facilities) for State Govt OR Central Governments & Govt. Undertaking. The experience of ongoing projects would be considered, and the experience of key staff members of the bidder will also be taken into account. No specific percentage is mentioned for the financial proposal, but it should be inclusive of remuneration of all staff, their travel and transportation, office and contingency expenditure, and overheads, excluding GST.
