Undertaking. The bidder should have completed projects with a built-up area of more than 10,000 Sq. Meter / 1,00,000 SQFT or with a cost of more than Rs. 50.00 Crores. The key personnel of the bidder should have the following experience: - Team Leader: 15 years in Architectural Planning with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Senior Architect: 8 years in Architectural Planning or Interior Designing with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Landscape Architect: 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work - Structure Engineer/ Consultant: Total 10 years / Min 5 yrs Exp in similar type of work / At least 1 major Residential project having area of minimum 20000 Sqmt. - Interior Designer: 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work - Expert - Electrical Engineer/ IT/ consultant: 8 years in IT Solutions with at least 1 similar project in last 5 years - Project Engineer (Civil): 5 years in Construction / Civil Works - Junior Architect: Total 5 years / Min 2 yrs Exp in similar type of work - Senior Engineer: 8 Years / Min 3 yrs Exp in similar type of work - Plumbing & Sanitary Engineer: 5 Years / Min 3 yrs Exp in similar type of work The bidder must have key professionals who have worked on a project of value of at least Rs. 10.75 Crore of the project related to Tourism based projects. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as Rs. 50.00 Crores, and the percentage increase is 10% each year to bring it to the current price level, resulting in values of 1.77, 1.61, 1.46, 1.33, 1.21, and 1.10 respectively for the years 2018-19 to 2023-24. The bidder should also have an average financial turnover of more than 45 Lakhs in the last 5 years, with a 10% increase in rupee value each year. The evaluation criteria include experience of more than 10 years of the Architect/Consultant as sole entity, relevant to the Assignment and job, with 05 marks, similar project experience having built-up area more than 10,000 Sq. Meter / 1,00,000 SQFT, with 5 marks for each project, and similar projects experience amounting to more than cost of Rs. 50.00 Crores, with 5 marks for each project. The bidder should have successful experience as a prime consultant at least one similar nature of work in last 5 years, specifically in master planning and implementation of tourism-based projects, preferably having accommodation facilities, for State Govt or Central Governments and Govt. Undertaking. The bidder's company should be incorporated for at least 5 years prior to the bid due date and have been rendering Architectural Consultancy service for the last 10 years. The bidder should also have experience in projects of similar value, with a mention of a project value of at least Rs. 10.75 Crore. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 5 marks for each project, and the bidder should have experience of working on other government projects with a total implementation value of not less than Rs. 50 Crores in the last 5 years, with a minimum of 1 project worth 05 marks and 2 projects worth 10 marks.
