Any Items Found Defective Within 10 Calendar Days Of Delivery Shall Be Replaced With A New Unit. The 10 Calendar Day Period Shall Commence From The Date Of Delivery Receipt, As Acknowledged By Tpsat. Ii. Schedule Of Delivery The Delivery Of Equipment Shall Be 10 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Corresponding Notice To Proceed. Iii. Remuneration And Terms Of Payments The Supplier Shall Be Paid In Full Upon Tpsat Issuance Of Certificate Of Acceptance. Iv.
