The Toronto District School Board Intends To Secure A Contract With A Qualified Bidder For The Supply Of Combination Padlocks For The Period And In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Outlined Below: The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Enter Into A Contract Which Will Be Effective For A Firm Two (2) Year Period From May 1st, 2024 - April 30, 2026. The Board Reserves The Right, At The Sole Discretion, To Exercise An Option To Extend For Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Periods At Pricing Agreed To By Both Parties. The Successful Bid Will Require Approval By The Board Of Trustees Prior To Contract Award. The Terms And Conditions Of The Extension Option Would Remain The Same As For The Initial Contract Period. Prices Are Requested Firm For A Two Year Period From May 1st, 2024 - April 30, 2026. If Bidder Cannot Quote Firm Prices Bidder Must State Clearly In Their Submission The Basis On Which Prices Are Submitted.  Evaluation Of The Bids Shall Be Based On The Following Criteria:  100% Pricing
