The Tondo Medical Center, Through The General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Philippine Pesos (php10,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Anesthesia Workstation With Patient Monitor.
