Description Hiring Of Service Provider For The Training Of Trainers For Tondo Medical Center Np-svp-24-032 The Tondo Medical Center Has A Requirement For The “hiring Of Service Provider For The Training Of Trainers For Tondo Medical Center” Under Np-svp-24-032.” We Would Like To Request Your Institution To Submit The Technical And Financial Proposals For The Aforementioned Procurement Project Based On The Attached Requirement. Relative To This, The Following Documentary Requirements Must Also Be Submitted: 1. Valid And Current Philgeps Certificate Or Philgeps Registration Number; 2. List Of All Ongoing And Completed Government And Private Contracts Within The Last Three (3) Years Prior To The Deadline Of The Submission Of Bids, Where Applicable, Including Contracts Awarded But Not Yet Started, If Any. These Include Experiences In Assignment Of Similar And Related Nature And Complexity; 3. Original Curriculum Vitae Of The Personnel Involved In The Project; 4. Work Methodology- Concise, Complete And Logical Descriptions On How To Carry-out The Activities; 5. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see Attached): 6. Financial Proposal; Should Your Company Be Declared As The Lowest Calculated Bidder, Submit The Following Within Five (5) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Post-qualification Letter: 1. Background And Rationale: This Training Program Offers An In-depth Analysis At The Complexity Of Learning And Development (l&d) Initiatives In An Organization. It Provides A Thorough Discussion On The Cycle Process Of Training As A Crucial Intervention In The Overall Success Of Any Institution. It Offers A Package Of Skills Necessary For Trainers To Competently Respond To The Demands Of Keeping The Human Resource Manpower Updated With The Needed Skills, Knowledge And Desired Work Attitudes. B. Objectives After The Learning Experience, The Participants Should Have: 1. Explained Their Roles As Facilitators/catalysts Of Learning In Their Organization; 2. Enumerated The Tasks Expected To Be Performed By Trainers; 3. Discussed The Overall Training Management Cycle; 4. Demonstrated Skills In Conducting Interviews Related To Obtaining Training Needs; 5. Manifested Critical Thinking Required Of A Trainer; 6. Identified Critical Training Areas Required By The Workforce Of The Organization; 7. Written A Quality Training Design/proposal; 8. Demonstrated Skills In Delivering Training Modules; And 9. Exhibited Confidence In Communicating With Various Publics Of The Organization. C. Scope Of Work: The Consultant Shall: 1. Conduct A Training Needs Assessment To Find Out What The Current Initiatives/needs Are In The Hospital. A Complete Needs Assessment Report Must Be Produced After The Assessment Has Been Successfully Done. 2. Develop Participant’s Training Manual. It Is Expected That The Consultant Already Has A Blueprint Of Training Manuals For The Training Of Trainer; However, These Must Be Adjusted To Suite The Given Environment, Scenario And Hospital Needs. 3. Facilitate The Training Of Trainers On The Scheduled Date. 4. Provide A Trainer’s Evaluation Report After The Seminar. D. Duration Of Engagement, Timeline And Level Of Effort : A. The Services Of The Consultant Will Be For A Period Of Three (3) Days. The Seminar Will Be On March 6 – 8, 2024. B. The Consultant Will Conduct The Seminar On The Date Specified By The Tmc Management And Preparedness Of The Documents Should Be Assured By The Consultant. E. Deliverables: Deliverables Of The Consultant Shall Include : 1. Training Needs Assessment 2. Participant’s Training Manual 3. Trainers’ Evaluation Report. F. The Consultant Shall Conduct The Training Of Trainers For Tondo Medical Center On The Scheduled Date. Responsibilities Of The Tmc: 1. The Tmc – Petro Shall Closely Coordinate With The Consultant In The Conduct Of The Seminar. 2. The Tmc – Petro Shall Provide The Facilitator’s Accommodation, Venue Meals, Supplies, Equipment, And Other Training Related Expenses. I. Desired Qualifications Of The Provider Type: Firm ___ Individual ___ The Following Criteria Shall Be Used In Evaluating The Consultant: Qualification Of The Consultant: The Consultant Should Have Adequate Technical And Management Capability In Conducting The Services Pertaining To The Training Of Trainers. The Consultant Shall Have The Capacity To Arrange Such Activities Necessary For The Conduct Of The Seminar. The Consultant Shall Include A Variety Of Training Approaches To Ensure Maximum Participation And Satisfaction Of The Participants. The Consultant Must Be A Filipino Born Citizen And Can Conduct The Seminar Both In English And Filipino Language.
