Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Project: Design And Build Of Tondo Medical Center Overhead Distribution System And Outdoor Lighting Posts Ib No. 2024 – 051 1. The Tondo Medical Center (tmc), Through The Hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty-eight Million Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Forty-three Pesos (php 48,017,643.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Project: Design And Build Of Tondo Medical Center Overhead Distribution System And Outdoor Lighting Posts. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Period Stated In Section Vi. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Tmc- Bac Secretariat, Tondo Medical Center, Honorio Lopez Blvd., Balut, Tondo, Manila And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Above From 8:00 Am – 4:00 Pm, Monday To Friday. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 10 January 2024 Onwards From Given Address And Website Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php 25,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees Be Presented In Person. It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From The Website Of The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) And The Website Of The Procuring Entity, Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. 6. The Tmc Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On 18 January 2024; 10:00am At Tmc Auditorium, Second Floor, Tondo Medical Center, Balut, Tondo, Manila Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. Maximum Of Three (3) Representatives Per Company Shall Be Allowed To Enter The Venue And Must Present Duly Approved Authorization Letter. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address As Indicated Below On Or Before 31 January 2024; 10:00am. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. Unsealed Or Unmarked Bid Envelopes Shall Also Be Rejected. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 15. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be On 31 January 2024; 10:15am At The Given Address Below. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of The Bidders’ Representatives Who Choose To Attend The Activity.
