The Radio Is Utilized To Transmit And Receive Signal From Any Radio Users Within Their Authorized Communication Network. C. Mobile Trunked Radio – Is A Type Of Radio With High Power Output With Built-in Radio Frequency And Installed In A Vehicle With Palm Microphone That Is Used To Transmit And Receive Transmission From Any Radio Users. Trunk Radio System Operating At Registered Frequency. C. Clear And Low Interference Of Broadcast And Reception. D. Trunk Radio System Employing Multi-repeaters Over Multi-sites. E. Calibrated Base; Mobile And Portable Handheld Radio Units. F. Twenty-four Seven (24/7) Availability Of The Radio Communication System And Technical Support. G. Monthly Reports Of Frequency Traffic And Usage. H. Submit To Tondo Medical Center Health Emergency Management Staff Monitoring Reports Of The Following; A) Quarterly Report Of Maintenance Check Done; B) Monthly Report Of Repair Done/reported And C) Report Of Functional Radio Units. I. Fully Functional Programmed And Configured Radio Units For Automatic And Wider Coverage. J. Well-maintained Radio Units And Equipment. K. Retrieval Of The Pulled For Repair Radio Units And Temporary Replacement Of The Same Within Twenty-four To Forty- Eight (24-48) Hours Upon Receipt Of Verbal And Written Report From The End User. L. Facilitation Of Quotation For Materials And Parts Needed For The Repair Of Radio Units (if Any). M. A Two (2) Year Warranty On Materials, Parts, Accessories And Services For Each Unit Damaged By Fire And Force Majeure (i.e. Typhoons, Earthquakes, Etc.) Indicating Its Effectivity Date. N. Documents Regarding Ntc Station License For Every Unit, Network Diagrams, Network Layout And Antenna System Diagrams And Specification. O. A Monthly Progress Report For Every Radio Unit Under For The End User Monitoring Purposes. P. New Frequency Channels/talk Group Exclusively For Group Operation Use In Special Vent When Needed At No Additional Cost To The End User. Q. Technical Assistance For The Installation, Test Check And Repair Of Radio Units Before And During Especial Events. R. In Case Of Malfunction Or Damage, The Radio Unit/antennas Must Be Retrieved By The Service Provider Soonest (within 24 Hours If Possible) Upon The Receipt Of Verbal And Written Report From The End User. Viii. Contract Implementation And Arrangement 1.1 A. Frequency Assignments 1. The Trunk Radio System Should Be Fully Compatible With The Existing Transceiver Units. 2. The Provider Shall Facilitate The Application And Registration Fee For Licenses Of All Transceiver Units And Operational Frequencies To The National Telecommunication Commission (ntc) Office With Consultation With Tmc-hems. 3. The Provider Shall Take All The Steps To Minimize Interference Of The System. If Other Services Share The Channel, They Shall Be Separated To Reduce Mutual Interference. 4. The Provider Shall Provide Back-up Units While Units Are Under Repair Regardless Of Location/site Of The Radio Units 5. The Provider Shall Provide Unlimited Calls. 6. The Provider Shall Cover The Whole Of Metro Manila And Nearby Municipalities. 7. The Provider Shall Use Highly Secure Communication Programmed Trunked Repeater System Using 800mhz Radio Frequency. 8. The Provider Shall Provide Free Training For Radio Users. 9. The Provider Shall Provide Free Programming Of Radios. 10. The Provider Shall Provide Free Service Unit In Case Radio Are For Repair. 11. The Provider Shall Provide Free Service Maintenance Every Semi-annual B. Installation 1. The Provider Shall Provide All Necessary Cost, Labor, Tools And Machinery To Install The Network And User Equipment. 2. Any Special Mounting Or Redesigning Of Hardware, Accessories, Materials And Parts Etc. Required For The Installation Or Repair Except For Labor Cost Are To Be Included And Provided At Cost To The End User. All Materials Such As Cable And Connectors Antennas And Antenna Mast, Etc. Must Be Compatible With The Existing Units And Upgradeable To Other Unit Brand/model. 3. All Designs As Built-in Plans, Licenses, Warranty, Configuration And Other Documents Must Be Properly Turned Over The End Users. 4.
