The bidder should have prior work experience with a credential within a period of last seven years. The required prior work experience includes repairing/refurbishing of steam turbine rotor of 200 MW or more capacity unit, with the repaired/refurbished rotor having run more than 10,000 hours successfully/satisfactorily after repair. The bidder must have completed contracts with executed job values amounting to: - Rs. 2,71,03,328/- or above (in a single contract), - Rs. 1,69,39,580/- or above (in two contracts), or - Rs. 1,35,51,664/- or above (in three contracts), excluding taxes. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the liquidated damages (L.D) for delay is 0.5% of the value of delayed supply/work for each week of delay, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total value of the order. Additionally, performance L.D shall not exceed 10% of the contract price.
