We Now Wish To Procure A New Recruitment Applicant Tracking System Contract That Continues To Provide An Effective Recruitment Service For The Group. The Key Requirements Of The Contract Are As Follows: • Development Of An Applicant Tracking System (ats) To Attract And Track Candidates Throughout The Recruiting And Hiring Process. • Development Of An Onboarding Site That Engages New Candidates Prior To Their First Day Of Employment. • Development Of An Internal Talent Pool System • Fully Managed Recruitment Services Which Provides Support To Enhance Recruitment Campaigns, Manage Candidate Experience And Provide Feedback • An Ats That Supports Blind Cv's • Experience Of Supporting Recruitment Within The Not For Profit & Charity Sector • Ability To Report E&d Data • Development Of Close Working Relationships • Dedicated Account Management • Establish An Effective Service Level Agreement With Appropriate Performance Measures • Regular Feedback, Updates And Reporting The Pioneer Group Is Also Looking To Secure Maximum Added Value From The Contract.
