This Is To Improve Search And Retrieval Time Of Documents. Since Majority Of The Digital Records Are In Pdf Format, It Is Deemed Necessary To Have A Licensed Professional Pdf Software To Gain Access To Advanced Features And Functionalities Otherwise Not Available In Free Versions. Such Features Include Redacting, Password Protection, Splitting, Merging, And Extracting. All Of Which Are Necessary In Various Use Cases In Document Archiving And Sharing. 2.
