Description Facilitators For The Ipophl Teambuilding, Sports Activities, And Gender Sensitivity Training Date: June 5 To 7, 2024 Particulars: Teambuilding, Sports And Gender Sensitivity Facilitators Number Of Participants: Five Hundred (with Guaranteed 400 Pax) Specifications: 6.1. Proposed Dates: 05 To 07 June 2024 6.2. Teambuilding Facilitators The Ipophl Teambuilding Activity Aims To Improve Team Cohesion Within And Across Bureaus And Offices Towards A Unified Ipophl. This Effort Aims To Develop A More Integrated Way Of Working Which Is Aligned With The Ipophl Strategic Goals And Core Competencies, With The Use Of The Self And The Team. 6.2.1. Specifically, The Teambuilding, Sports And Gender Sensitivity Facilitator Are Expected To Conduct Activities That Will Facilitate The: 1. Participants' Understanding Of Self, Its Strengths And Weaknesses In The Context Of Personal And Organizational Goals; 2. Development Of The Right Mindset In Communication And Collaborating With Individuals And Bureaus I Offices In Ipophl; 3. Creation Of Synergy And Unity As A Team Despite Individual Differences And Bureau I Offices Membership; 4. Fostering Of Creativity And Innovation In Achieving Performance Excellence And Integrity At Work; And 5. Understanding Of Gender Issues And Concerns Within The Team And How To Better Address Those. Further The Following Specific Outputs Are Expected To Be Delivered: 1. Assessment Of Ipophl's Team's Working Dynamics, That May Include One-on-one Interviews With Team Members; 2. Program Design And Mechanics In Consultation With The Project Team Leader, Chief Of Hrmdd, And Fmas Director, For Endorsement To And Approval Of The Director General; 3. Provide The Basic Supplies And Materials For The Teambuilding Activities 4. Photo Documentation And Same Day Edit (sde) Of Video Documentation; 5. Final Report Which Includes The Results Of The Assessment Of Working Dynamics, Identified Strengths And Weaknesses In Communication And Collaboration Within The Team And Recommendation On How To Build On Strengths And Address Weaknesses; 6. Pre- And Post-training / Teambuilding Assessment; And 7. Impact Evaluation After Three (3) Months To Measure The Result Of The Program / Intervention. O Basic Qualifications: A. The Team Of Facilitators Shall Be Composed Of: • Lead Facilitator • Assistant Facilitators (at Least 8 To 10 Members) • Documentation Staff - Photographer/videographer • Submit Organizational Structure And Comprehensive Resume Of Members) B. Have Designed And Implemented A Wide Range Of Interactive Methods To Strengthen Teams And Improve Communication And Collaboration In The Workplace; C. The Main Facilitator/s Should Have At Least Five (5) Years Of Continuous Experience In Facilitating Teambuilding Activities For Large Groups (400 Persons And Above); D. The Co-facilitators Should Have Experienced Conducting Experiential And Structured Learning Activities, As Reflected In Their Individual Profiles And Cvs; E. Either The Main Or Co-facilitator Must Be Competent In Facilitating Gender Sensitivity Training/activities; F. Must Have Received A Very Satisfactory Rating From The Last Three (3) Engagements For The Past Six (6) Years 6.2.2. Prospective Bidders Shall Submit The Following: 1. Project Concept/proposal 2. Sample Documentation Of Previously Conducted Teambuilding Or Similar Event. 3. Curriculum Vitae Of Lead Facilitator And Co-facilitators 6.3. Terms Of Payment Payment Shall Be On Staggered Basis Subject To The Following Terms And Schedules: Activity I Project Milestone Percentage Of Payment Five (5) Days Upon Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) ----------- 25% First Day Of The Teambuilding----------- 60% Submission Of Post Activity Documentation Report ----------------- 10% Submission Of Impact Assessment Report After Three (3) Months To Measure The Outcome Of The Program / Intervention ----------------- 5%
