Minimum Requirements For Catering Service: 1. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Catering Services For The 4-day 2024 Advanced Ip Licensing Program; 2. The Supplier Must Possess Valid Business Permits Necessary For The Operation Of A Business Providing Catering Services; 3. The Supplier Must Be Philgeps Registered; 4. The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer A Wide Variety Of Menu Choices For For Each Of The Following Food Types: Am And Pm Snacks, And Buffet Lunch; 5. The Supplier Must Have Options For Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian Meals To Cater To Some Of The Program Participants' Dietary Restrictions; 6. The Supplier Must Provide Appropriately Styled/decorated Cocktail Tables For Dining Area As Required By The Training Event; 7. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Mobile/movable Wall Dividers; 8. The Supplier Must Be Able To Maintain The Quality Of The Food To Be Served And Must Be Ready One (1) Hour Before The Agreed Times For Tables And Chairs Set-up; 9. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Actual Proof Of Food Preparation And Presentations (please Attach Actual Catering Setup As Sample); 10. The Supplier Must Provide Uniformed Professional Wait Staff With Ratio Of 1 Waiter To 10 Guests; 11. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Proof Or Certificates Of Regular Training Attended By Personnel; 12. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Plate Covers To Ensure Safety Of The Food; 13. Price Quotation Should Be Inclusive Of Vat, Applicable Taxes, And Charges; 14. Payment Conditions/terms: Send Bill Arrangement, To Be Paid Within 30 Days Upon Receipt Of The Bill; And 15.
