Vi. Expected Deliverables 1. During The Event: * High-quality Real-time Photos For Social Media Updates. * Photo Wall And Magazine Photo Booth. * Short Video Clips For Social Media Teaser Posts. * Lights And Sound System Setup. * On-site Technical Support For The Duration Of The Event. 2. After The Event (within 15 Days): * Complete Set Of High-resolution Edited Photos. * Copies Of The Final Output In Digital Format And Two (2) On Hard Drive. * Event Highlight Video. * Daily Recap Videos. * Raw Video Footage And Photos. * Physical Album Of The 2nd Pics. Vii. Budget And Payment Schedule The Allocated Budget For The Photo, Video Documentation, Lights, And Sound System Services Is Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Pesos Only (php 999,000.00) Inclusive Of All Taxes And Applicable Fees. This Budget Will Cover: • Photo And Video Documentation Services Including Photo Wall And Magazine Booth Setup With On-site Printing • Lighting And Sound System Setup, Rental, And Operation • Post-production And Editing • Technical Support During The Event • Meals For Staff • Transportation • Accommodations The Payment Terms Will Be As Follows: • 40% Upon Signing Of The Contract. • 30% After The Event Proper. • 30% Upon Completion And Approval Of The Final Outputs. Viii. Qualifications Of The Service Provider 1. Must Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Event Coverage, Particularly For Large-scale Corporate Or Government Events. 2. Must Have Experience Working With Government Agencies Or International Organizations. 3. Must Provide A Portfolio Of Previous Work, Including Both Photo And Video Projects. 4. Availability Of Necessary Equipment And Manpower To Ensure Complete And High-quality Documentation Of The Event. Ix. Terms And Conditions 1. The Service Provider Will Be Expected To Coordinate Closely With The Ipophl-bcrr Project Management Team (pmt). 2. All Output Materials Will Be The Exclusive Property Of Ipophl-bcrr. 3. Any Revisions To The Deliverables (photos/videos) Must Be Accommodated Within The Agreed Time Frame. 4. Ipophl Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract If Services Are Deemed Unsatisfactory. X.
