Description I. Purpose The Procurement Of Subscription To A Cloud-based Email And Collaboration Will Enable Ipophl To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate Electronically Within The Organization And With Its Stakeholders. Ii. Approved Budget For Contract The Budget For The Said Procurement Shall Be Sourced From The Ipophl For The Calendar Year 2024. The Approved Budget For Contract (abc) Is Php3.5m Inclusive Of All Government Taxes And Other Fees And Charges. Iii. Mode Of Procurement The Procurement Of Cloud-based Email And Collaboration Subscription Shall Be Undertaken Through Competitive Bidding Pursuant To Republic Act No. 9184 And Its 2016 Revised Irr. Iv. Subscription Service Period The Contract Period Shall Be One (1) Year From The Date Of Service Activation. V. Subscription Service Specifications The Subscription Of A Cloud-based Email And Collaboration Services For A Period Of One Year Must Have The Following Licenses: 30gb Cloud Storage Per User For 300 Users Unlimited Cloud Storage Per User For 195 Users Detailed Subscription Service Specifications Are Discussed In Annex “b”.
