The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works individually costing not less than a certain amount during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: a) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, b) Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, c) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The definition of similar work includes Design and Construction of Swimming Pool or similar Water sports facilities and allied infrastructure works along with supply, erection, and commissioning of associated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipments. The bidder must submit credentials of suitable back-up consultant(s) for Architectural, civil, structural, and MEP work if they are only constructing the Swimming Pool or similar Water sports facilities. The bidder is required to submit a copy of satisfactory performance report(s) of the works executed, along with details of works in hand. However, the estimated cost is not specified.
