Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Activity Is Being Undertaken In Accordance With The Government Procurement Policy Board (gppb) Circular 06-2019 And Resolution No. 14-2019 Issued On July 17, 2019 On The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa).
