Invitation to Bid for Provision of Taxi Services This Contract is a Framework Agreement and Therefore No Amount of Spend is Guaranteed. Tearfund is Only Obliged to Pay The Supplier in Accordance With the Payment Terms Once a Booking Has Been Made and Fulfilled by the Supplier, Who Has Then Invoiced Tearfund. Essential Requirements As a Minimum the Supplier Must: Have a Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Providing Private Hire Services to Individuals Be Able to Provide a Dedicated Account Manager for Tearfund. Be Able to Offer a Wide Range of Vehicles Including Saloon, Estate, and Mpv (Multi-purpose Vehicle - I.e. People Carrier) Options. Be Able to Provide Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles Upon Request. Provide the Most Economical Vehicle Option (I.e. From the Cheapest Range of Vehicles) as the Default Unless Expressly Requested Otherwise. Provide Drivers Who Are Aged 21+ and Have a Minimum of 3 Years Driving Experience. Be Able to Provide Private Hire Services in the Greater London Area as a Minimum. Be Able to Provide Meet and Greet Services for Pickups at London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airports. Enable Tearfund to Pay for Services Monthly in Arrears. Provide Monthly Itemised Invoices Desirable Requirements Have Experience of Providing Private Hire Services to Organisations Be Able to Offer Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Options at No Additional Cost. Be Able to Offer Larger Vehicle Options for Carrying Small-medium Sized Groups (E.g. A Minibus) Provide Drivers Who Have Been Subject to Professional Training or Hold Additional Driving Qualifications. Be Able to Provide Meet and Greet Services for Other London Airports Such as Stansted. Be Able to Provide Meet and Greet Services for Pickups From Other Major London Transport Terminals (E.g. St Pancras International Station). Be Able to Offer Fixed Prices for Meet and Greet Services. Be Able to Integrate With Our New Online Procurement System in the Processing of Invoices Have the Flexibility to Offer Other Payment Options Such as Payment by Card or Cash.
