Description 1. The Tarlac State University, Through Special Budget (sb) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Eight Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety And 27/100 Pesos (₱ 5,848,490.27) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Project: Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Air Conditioning Units (app 2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tarlac State University Now Invites Bids For The Project Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Air Conditioning Units (app 2024). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
