Description 1. The Tarlac State University, Through Regular Agency Fund (raf) And Special Budget (sb) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 11,230,000.00) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Tsu Vehicles, Lot No. 2 & 3. The Project Consists Of The Following Lots With Their Corresponding Abc. Lot No. Description Qty. Abc, ₱ Lot No. 2 Passenger Van 4 9,600,000.00 Lot No. 3 Ambulance 1 1,630,000.00 Total Abc: 11,230,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tsu Bids And Award Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Said Project. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement For Two Failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
