The Tarlac State University, Through Regular Agency Fund (raf) And Special Fund (sb) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Six Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos (₱ 6,655,730.00) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Hardware Supplies And Materials (app 2024-1st Quarter) Comprising Of The Following Lots With Their Corresponding Abcs: Lot No. Description Abc, ₱ 1. Airconditioning Equipment Maintenance And Tools 408,820.00 2. Replacement Parts For Equipment 279,650.00 3. Iron Works, Carpentry, Masonry, And Tinsmithry Materials And Tools 824,920.00 4. Electrical Materials 4,058,160.00 5. Pipe Fittings And Plumbing Materials 327,205.00 6. Paints And Painting Materials 756,975.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tarlac State University Now Invites Bids For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Hardware Supplies And Materials (app 2024-1st Quarter). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
