Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction/installation Of 150mmⵁ X 1,500m Hdpe Pipe Distribution Line 1. The Tanay Water District, Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-six Pesos (₱ 12,755,656.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction/installation Of 150mmⵁ X 1,500m Hdpe Pipe Distribution Line. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tanay Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Mentioned Work. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Ninety-five (195) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4.
