Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction/installation Of 150mmⵁ X 1,376m Hdpe Pipe Transmission Line 1. The Tanay Water District, Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Eight Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-seven Pesos (₱ 4,869,847.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction/installation Of 150mmⵁ X 1,376m Hdpe Pipe Transmission Line. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tanay Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Mentioned Work. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Tanay Water District And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Monday – Friday, 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Except Holidays. 5.
