The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Physical (Work Experience): - Minimum aggregate experience of construction of Collector Well/ Collection well/ Infiltration well/ Intake well/ Jack well / Open well: 1 year in a block of 2 years over the last 5 years, with a minimum of 2 Nos, and 10% of the total requirement rounded off to the nearest integer but anything less than 1 would be rounded off to 1 only. - Minimum aggregate experience of Full Scale Water Treatment Plant: 1 year in a block of 2 years over the last 5 years, with 10% of the total requirement of 11.95 MLD, which is 1.20 MLD. - Minimum aggregate experience of Pipeline in KM: 1 year in a block of 2 years over the last 5 years, with i) 10% of the total length of 108.86 KM in MS/ DI/ CI/ GI/ AC/ PSC/ BWSC/ GRP pipe, which is 10.89 KM. ii) 10% of the total length of 123.36 KM in PVC/HDPE pipe, which is 12.34 KM. - Minimum aggregate experience of RCC Water retaining structures (LL): 1 year in a block of 2 years over the last 5 years, with 10% of the total requirement of 32.95 LL capacity, which is 3.30 LL. - Minimum Aggregate capacity of pumping machinery pump sets, Valves, etc.: 10% of the total capacity of 1148.38 KW, which is 114.838 KW. - Minimum Aggregate capacity of Transformer: at least 1 No of transformer substation turnkey work executed/ maintained. 2. Performance: The bidder should have a total monetary value of execution/ maintenance of civil engineering works for the last 5 financial years, annual turnover in execution/ maintenance of civil engineering works for the last 5 financial years, experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during the last 5 years, commitment of contracts on hand during the next 1.0 year, and works for which bids are already submitted. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 10% of the total requirement for various components - 1 year in a block of 2 years over the last 5 years for various components - Rs.1.75 Crore as the assessed available bid capacity - 11.95 MLD, 1.20 MLD for Water Treatment Plant - 108.86 KM, 10.89 KM for MS/ DI/ CI/ GI/ AC/ PSC/ BWSC/ GRP pipe - 123.36 KM, 12.34 KM for PVC/HDPE pipe - 32.95 LL, 3.30 LL for RCC Water retaining structures - 1148.38 KW, 114.838 KW for pumping machinery The bidder should have satisfactorily completed execution of water supply scheme or satisfactorily maintained WSS/CWSS of value not less than: - In a single agreement: 20% of BOQ value (Excluding GST) - Rs.1.75 Crore, or - In a single agreement: Rs.0.35 Crore, or - Under two agreements: 30% of BOQ value (Excluding GST) - Rs.1.75 Crore, with Rs.0.53 Crore in two agreements. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should provide details of their experience in works of similar nature.
