The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Team Leader / Project Development Expert: Minimum 15 years of experience in preparation of feasibility/project reports, project structuring, bid documents, concession agreement, bid evaluation, scrutiny of reports, etc. The Team Leader must have similar project experience as Team Leader for at least two assignments for a city in India of more than 10 lakh population, specifically in solid waste management projects, preferably in Material Recovery Facilities. 2. Solid Waste Management Expert – Deputy Team Leader: Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and design of solid waste management facilities/similar projects, with at least 2 projects in designing/implementing any Solid Waste Management facilities of minimum 100TPD capacity. 3. Environmental Expert: Minimum 10 years of experience and having experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments in urban infrastructure projects/projects with similar magnitude & complexity specifically in SWM / Biomining / Sanitary landfill / Waste to Energy, including at least two Multilateral assisted projects. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 50% payment received for the ongoing feasibility / DPR study. The amount is at least Rs.2.00 Crore average annual turnover in the last 5 financial years. The bidder should have at least two ongoing feasibility / DPR study (with at least 50% payment received) of Material Recovery Facilities (MRF) for Municipal Solid Waste of at least 100 MT (in which one assignment not less than 50 MT and totaling all assignments 100 MT) in India. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one feasibility/DPR study of Automated Material Recovery Facilities (AMRF) for Municipal Solid Waste of at least 100 MT in India and completed transaction advisory services in any Solid Waste Management assignment in India from 2019-20 to 2023-2024. Alternatively, the bidder should have at least two ongoing feasibility/DPR study (with at least 50% payment received) of Material Recovery Facilities (AMRF) for Municipal Solid Waste of at least 100 MT (in which one assignment not less than 50 MT and totaling all assignment 100 MT) in India and completed transaction advisory services in any Solid Waste Management assignment in India.
