Project Description Swindon Borough Council (sbc) Are Looking For A Gas Safe Registered Contractor(s) To Support Our In-house Gas Engineers, Completing, Gas Servicing, Gas Repairs And Void Repairs / Improvements And Gas Call Out / Emergency Works. Swindon Borough Council Has 10,500 Homes With Just Under 9000 Of These Having A Gas Boiler To Provide Heating And Hot Water. The Procurement Will Be Split Into Four Lots Supporting Our Existing In-house Gas Team In All Areas – Gas Safety Inspections North, Gas Safety Inspections South, Gas Reactive Repairs, Reactive Gas Repairs Out Of Hours. The Initial Contract Term Will Be For 12 Months With An Option To Extend For A Further 24 Months (2 Periods Of 12 Months) For A Potential Total Contract Term Of 3 Years As Stated In The Itt Documents.
