The Contracted Supplier Will Design, Build, Deliver And Install The Paddling Pool With Water Play Features Including All Of The Necessary Groundworks, Service Connections, Enabling Works, Testing And Commissioning. The Initial Contract Term Will Be For The Splash Park To Be Supplied And Installed By 1st July 2024, With A Three Year Maintenance Contract To Begin After The Warranty Period Has Expired With An Option To Extend For A Further 24 Months Maintenance Period (1 Periods Of 24 Months) For A Potential Total Contract Term Of Up To 5 Years Maintenance After The Installation As Stated In The Itt Documents.
