Description
sunderland City Council Is Seeking To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing System (dps) For The Provision Of Behaviour Insights, Engagement And Research Work The Dps Will Operate Solely By Competition. Contractors Seeking To Participate In The Dps Must Submit A Participation Request; This Will Include A Selection Questionnaire (sq) And All Supporting Documents. Contractors Seeking To Participate In The Dps Have 2 Options: Option 1 - Contractors Can Submit A Participation Request At Initial Creation Of The Dps. Option 2 - Contractors Can Submit A Participation Request Following Initial Creation Of The Dps And/or At Any Time Throughout Its Duration. The Number Of Contractors Submitting A Participation Request And The Number Of Contractors Approved To Participate In The Dps Will Not Be Limited.
