The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * At least 1 completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years, which is 1,11,32,389.20. * Alternatively, 2 completed works of similar nature with each having a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years, which is 83,49,291.90. * Or, 1 single running work of similar nature completed to the extent of 80% or more with a value not less than the desired value at (i) above. For the 2nd Call of NIT, the requirements are: - At least 1 completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. - Alternatively, 2 completed works of similar nature with each having a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. - Or, 1 single running work of similar nature completed to the extent of 75% or more with a value not less than the desired value at (i) above. For the 3rd Call of NIT, the requirements are: - At least 1 completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. - Alternatively, 1 single running work of similar nature completed to the extent of 70% or more with a value not less than the desired value at (i) above. The estimated amount put to tender is 2,78,30,973.00. The percentages mentioned include 40%, 30%, 25%, and 20% of the estimated amount, and completion percentages of 80%, 75%, and 70%.
