Stoke-on-trent City Council Wishes To Commission Community Based Group Activities For Children And Young People With Send. Targeted Group Activities Will Provide Short Breaks For Cyp With Send Between The Ages Of 0 -18, As Well As Providing A Break In The Caring Role Of Parents/carers In Line With The Children Act 1989 And The Breaks For Carers Of Disabled Children Regulations 2011. Services To Be Commissioned Are: Lot 1 - Activities For Children/young People Individual Attendance Lot 2 - Activities For Children/young People To Attend With Their Families This Service Will Be Delivered Through A Flexible Framework Model. This Contract Falls Under The Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (ltr) - Regulations 74 To 77. As Such, The City Council Will Place An Advert In Find A Tender Service (fts), Publish An Award Notice And Comply With The Principles Of Transparency And Equal Treatment. The Contract Will Re-open In Year 1 To Allow New Providers To Join The Framework In Year 2 With The Remainder Of The Framework To Remain Closed In Year 3 And 4.
