Additional requirements include:
- Positive Net worth: minimum ₹ 90 lakhs for each of the last 03 (three) audited financial years.
- Experience in similar nature of work:
- 03 (Three) works each costing not less than ₹70 lakhs,
- OR 02 (Two) works each costing not less than ₹88 lakhs,
- OR 01 (One) work of ₹1.4 crores during the last 05 (five) years.
- Office in Bengaluru location with GST registration at Karnataka.
- Experience of providing minimum 200 Nos. of skilled or semi-skilled staff to any Central Government Authorities / Public Sector Undertakings / State Government / BFSI sector / reputed private organizations during last 05 (five) years in India.
Technical Capacity
The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing skilled or semi-skilled staff for outsourcing services to any Central Government Authorities, Public Sector Undertakings, State Government, BFSI sector, or reputed private organizations in India.
The required prior work experience includes:
- 03 (Three) works each costing not less than ₹70 lakhs,
- OR 02 (Two) works each costing not less than ₹88 lakhs,
- OR 01 (One) work of ₹1.4 crores during the last 05 (five) years.
Additionally, the bidder should have experience of providing a minimum of 200 Nos. of skilled or semi-skilled staff to any Central Government Authorities, Public Sector Undertakings, State Government, BFSI sector, or reputed private organizations during the last 05 (five) years in India.
The evaluation of similar works completed is based on the number of qualifying projects, with the following marks allocation:
- 1-3 qualifying projects: 15 Marks
- 4-5 qualifying projects: 20 Marks
- 5-7 qualifying projects: 25 Marks
- More than 7 qualifying projects: 30 Marks
The bidder's relevant years of experience will also be evaluated, with the following marks allocation:
- 5 to 6 years: 10 marks
- More than 6 to less than 8 years: 12 marks
- More than 8 to less than 10 years: 15 marks
- More than 10 years: 20 marks
The conditions for similar services completed over the last three years include:
1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost;
2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost;
3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
