The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works in the field of labour-oriented work, with the required experience being: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 93.37 Lakhs. - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 116.72 Lakhs. - OR - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 186.75 Lakhs. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 70.03 Lakhs during the last 3 years. Furthermore, the bidder must have experience for 7 years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU.
