The bidder should have completed at least one project of similar nature of work amounting to Rs. 250.59 Lacs (80% of cost put to tender) or two projects amounting to Rs. 156.62 Lacs (50% of cost put to tender) or three projects amounting to Rs. 125.29 Lacs (40% of cost put to tender) in the last five financial years. The bidder's experience should be gauged from the works of the required magnitude executed by them in the past, with substantially completed works meaning those that are at least 90% completed. The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor, with quantities of work executed in the past five years. The experience can also be considered if the bidder has worked as a nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder must have completed projects of similar nature, with specific values and scores assigned as follows: - Rs. 250.59 Lacs & Above: 20 points (each additional eligible assignment will be of 10 marks) - Rs. 156.62 Lacs to Rs. 250.58 Lacs: 12 points (each additional eligible assignment will be of 5 marks) - Rs. 125.29 Lacs to Rs. 156.61 Lacs: 10 points (each additional eligible assignment will be of 4 marks) The Contractor/Agency should have an average annual turnover of the last five financial years of more than Rs. 1,25,29,797/- (40% of cost put to tender – Rounded off). The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically they should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The required information to be filled in by the bidder includes: - Total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. - Details of work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, including project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two months. The value of work is mentioned in terms of Rs. Lakhs and Rs. Crore. For example, the bidder is required to have a certain amount of experience for works valued at more than Rs. 50 lakhs, more than Rs. 15 lakhs but less than Rs. 50 lakhs, and less than Rs. 5 lakhs. The bidder should have annual turnover of any one of the last five financial years, with scores assigned as follows: - Rs. 200.01 Lacs & above: 10 points - Rs. 150.01 Lacs to Rs. 200.00 Lacs: 7 points - Rs. 125.29 Lacs to Rs. 150.00 Lacs: 5 points A minimum of 60 marks is required to be eligible for opening of Financial Bid.
