Ppr § 7-9 In Accordance With The Second And Third Paragraphs Is Replaced By Requirements Where This Gives A Clearly Better Climate And Environmental Effect. This Procurement Uses The Exclusion Provisions In Ppr § 7-9 (4), Since The Climate And Environmental Requirements Connected To The Contract Have A Clearly Better Climate And Environmental Effect Than The Use Of The Award Criteria. The Justification Is Given As An Annex To The Tender Documents.
