The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Project Engineer with at least 5 years of experience * Site Engineers with at least 3 years of experience, including: + 1 B.E. (Civil) with 3 years of experience + 1 Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience + 1 Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience The bidder should have completed similar works in the preceding five years, with a value exceeding Rs. 113.84 Lakhs under a single agreement. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work with a value not less than 50% of the value of this work, which is Rs.113.84 Lakhs, in the preceding 5 years. The bidder should also have completed civil works with a value above Rs.2.00 Crore and up to Rs.5.00 Crore. A minimum of 60% completion rate for the second month and 100% completion rate up to the third month is required. The bidder should have completed 100% of the works within the stipulated time frame to avoid liquidated damages. If the bidder fails to complete the works within the due date, a fine not exceeding 5% of the balance value of the contract will be imposed.
