The bid capacity of the Tenderer should be at least equivalent to the value of the project, i.e., Rs.238.50 Lakhs. The bidder should also have the following personnel with specified experience: - A Project Engineer with at least 5 years of experience (B.E. (Civil)). - Site Engineers with the following experience: - 1 No. – B.E. (Civil) with at least 3 years of experience. - 1 No. – Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of experience. - 1 No. - Diploma Holders in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience. The implementation schedule requires the contractor to complete the work in 11 months with the following percentages: 10% by the first month, 20% by the second month, 30% by the third month, 40% by the fourth month, 50% by the fifth month, 60% by the sixth month, 70% by the seventh month, 80% by the eighth month, 85% by the ninth month, 90% by the tenth month, and 100% by the eleventh month.
