The bid capacity required in the given tender is calculated based on the following formulas: 1. Average Monthly Amount (C) = (4 x A) + (16 x B) 2. Total Amount for the contract period = (C) x 36 x 20 Where: A = Fixed Monthly Charges of XL6 Alpha Plus Model including applicable taxes and GST B = Fixed Monthly Charges of XL6 Alpha Model including applicable taxes and GST The estimated bid value is 57600000. The bidder needs to quote the amount for the fixed monthly charges as per Annexure-E, which includes fuel charges, RTO/Government related expenses, repairs and maintenance, insurance, cost of extra fittings on account of Bank’s requirement, and applicable taxes. Additionally, the L1 bidder will be arrived at by using the formula: 4 x A + 16 x B. The bid capacity also includes other requirements such as minimum average annual financial turnover, years of past experience, purchase preference to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), annual turnover from the business, valid GST registration and Income Tax PAN, and experience certificate. The total amount for the contract period will be calculated based on the quoted amount, and taxes, if any, as applicable as per prevalent laws and GST, should be applied to the quoted amount. The contract period is 36 months, and the bid offer validity is 90 days from the end date. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with a minimum value equal to 40%, 50%, or 80% of the estimated cost, depending on the number of similar completed services. The minimum years of experience in the related field required is 2 years. The scope of work includes Monthly Basis Cab & Taxi Hiring Services, with a vehicle type of SUV, specifically Maruti Suzuki XL6, and usage variant of Local 24*7. The area of operation includes Hilly + Plain Area, with a fuel type of Petrol, and an air conditioning requirement of A/C. The bid capacity required in the given tender is 20 vehicles for 36 months.
