This Request For Proposal (rfp) Is To Solicit Competitive Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Contractors To Provide Zero-emission Lawn And Garden Equipment Demonstrations To Landscaping Organizations (organizations) Using The Zero-emission Equipment Roadshow (roadshow) And To Increase Organizations¿ Awareness Of Both The Vast Amount Of Available Commercial-grade Zero-emission Lawn And Garden Equipment And The Feasibility Of A Complete Transition To Zero-emission Lawn And Garden Equipment By An Organization. The Contractor Shall Use The Zero-emission Lawn And Garden Equipment Contained In The Roadshow To Demonstrate The Feasibility Of Zero- Emission Alternatives To Internal-combustion-engine-powered Equipment In Commercial Applications. Additionally, The Contractor Shall Gather Feedback From Each Organization That The Roadshow Visits To Help Understand The Current Opinions That Landscapers Have Regarding The Zero-emission Equipment That Is In The Roadshow. The Data Collected Will Inform Carb Regulation And Incentive Program Development And Implementation.
