Consulate General Frankfurt Provides The Following Pre-solicitation Notice Regarding The Issuance Of A Request For Proposal (rfp) For: design/build Construction Services – Air-cooled Chiller Plant Replacement U.s. Embassy Suva, Fiji the Regional Procurement Support Office In Frankfurt, Germany, Intends To Issue A Firm Fixed-price Design/build Construction Type Contract During The Second Quarter Of Fiscal Year 2024. the Successful Offeror Shall Provide Complete Design/build Construction Services, Contract Coordination, And Supervision, Including But Not Limited To The Management And Construction Necessary To Meet The Requirements Of This Contract Within The Established Timeframe. the Successful Offeror Shall Perform All Required Design Works And Construction Services Including Furnishing All Labor, Material, Equipment And Services Required To Complete The Replacement Of The Two (2) Existing Air-cooled Chillers, Water Pumps And Associated Systems Accessories And Install Two (2) New Corrosion Resistant Marine Grade Air-cooled Chillers At The U.s.
