The House Has Five (5) bedrooms And Currently Only One (1) Full Bathroom On The Upper Floor And A Toilet Room On The Entry floor. The Remodel Will Improve And Increase The Bathroom Facilities And Provide Three (3) Bathrooms for The Five (5) Available Bedrooms. The Proposed Project Is A Full Renovation, Including Replacement Of existing Finishes Or Upgrade Of Existing Finishes, And Remodel Of Existing Bathroom And Toilet Room And reconfiguration Of Space To Create An Additional New Bathroom At The Residence the Bathroom Remodel Minimizes The Impact To The Existing House And Utilize As Much As Possible Of The existing Layout And Architectural Configuration As Well As Existing Mep Connection And Utilities. to Provide The Proposed Additional Bathrooms The Entry Level Restroom Is Reconfigured To Allow For A shower With Minimum Demolition Required And Utilizing All Existing Utilities.
