Facilitates The Development And Implementation Of A Regular Reporting And Monitoring Process Among All Parties Involved (e.g., Program Offices/officers Within Inl And Elsewhere In The Department, Inl Management Team, Outside Contracting Firms, Post/regional Inl Officials, And Host Government Officials, When Appropriate). 13.
