Demonstrated Capacity To Perform Or Source All Technical Aspects Of Thedesign, Including Soccer Field Design, Geotechnical Study, Topographic Survey,expert Landscape Design And Arboreal Investigation. 3. Demonstrated Capacity To Accomplish A/e Design Work Under Theinternational Building Code S Standards Of Design And/or The U.s. Army Corpsof Engineers (usace). Capability To Review And Implement Paraguayan Codes And Standards During Design Phase. 4. Ability To Clearly Communicate All Technical Outputs In English And Spanish.
