Contract notice: implementation of the crm system Stadtwerke ingolstadt currently does not have a dedicated tool for the systematic recording and control of relationships and interactions with existing and potential customers. customer information is (if digitized) distributed in different systems. the background to this is the previous alignment of sales to the energy industry processes. the currently most important system is schleupen cs. in particular, the fo & va modules are used to manage customer data from sales and customer service. in addition to the cs, there are a number of other systems that manage customer data. chapter 1.6 provides a concrete illustration of the current system landscape. in order to focus more on the customer in line with swi~s vision, a crm is now to be introduced that meets today~s requirements and offers the necessary flexibility to also map future requirements in the further development of stadtwerke ingolstadt . as described at the beginning in chapter 1.1, the end result is to introduce a cross-divisional system that, after implementation, covers the requirements described in this document and brings with it a flexibility that allows further development of processes, products and customers.
