The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with specific cost requirements. For works costing more than 50 lakhs, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting/technical experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited.
