The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully executing or completing similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed services with a cost of not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services with a cost of not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service with a cost of not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year. The value of successfully completed portion of any ongoing work up to the last day of the previous month of tender submission will also be considered for qualification of work experience criteria. In case of a composite contract, the value of similar work done will be restricted to housekeeping and mechanized cleaning portion, with only mechanized cleaning considered as similar work, and the value should be at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid.
