This Bidding Opportunity Is For Undertaking Inspection, Testing & Repair Works To Concrete And Masonry Structures (structural And Non-structural); Including Residential Tower Blocks And Other Residential Buildings, Council Buildings, Schools, Commercial And Industrial Buildings And Other Structures Owned And/or Managed By Southampton City Council. The Scope Of Work To Be Covered By This Contract Expands On That Of The Previous Contract By Including:- • Concrete Repairs & Surface (eg. Walkway) Treatments; • Masonry Repairs; • Movement Joint Repairs (inc. Resealing); • Site Investigations (inc. Concrete Testing & Soil Testing); • Repairs To Concrete Floors And Roofs; • Underpinning Works; • Repairs To Retaining Walls; • Repairs To Sea Defences; • And Any Other Similar General Concrete/masonry Defect Repairs.
