In Certain And Limited Circumstances, Service Users May Require Provision Outside Of The District Boundaries. Tenders Will Be Accepted From Potential Service Providers Within A Two-mile Radius Limit Outside Of The District Boundaries.accommodation Will Ideally Be Located Within A Reasonable Distance To Public Transport As Well As Shops, Schools, Places Of Worship, Medical Facilities And Other Amenities.
