The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 5 years. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements for similar works completed are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed works - 10% of the advertised value of the tender for works without composite components - 10% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria for works with composite components - Amount of Rs. 1 crore and Rs. 2 lakh is mentioned as the estimated cost of the work and the bid security, respectively - The bid security will be 2% of the estimated cost of the work for works estimated to cost up to Rs. 1 crore, and Rs. 2 lakh plus 0.5% of the excess of the estimated cost of work beyond Rs. 1 crore, subject to a maximum of Rs. 1 crore. Additionally, the average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, with a minimum average annual contractual turnover of 'V/N' or 'V', whichever is less, where 'V' is the advertised value of the tender in crores of rupees and 'N' is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The "financial capacity" of the lead member of the JV shall not be less than 51% of the financial eligibility criteria.
